⚠️ Important Notice: Bridal & Custom Tailored Outfits

Due to the heavy handwork embroidery (zardozi, threadwork, mirrorwork), custom sizing tailoring, and made-to-order nature of our **Bridal Lehengas, Heavy Shararas, and Custom-stitched outfits**, they are **not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges** unless they are received in a physically damaged condition.

Please confirm your size details carefully before ordering. Our designers will conduct a **WhatsApp Video Call** with you to verify measurements and showcase the outfit live before dispatch.

1. Standard Saree & Unstitched Return Terms

For regular catalog items, unstitched salwar suits, and standard non-customized sarees, we offer a **48-hour return window** from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all product tags and labels intact.
  • The blouse piece of the saree must not be cut or stitched.

2. Return Process & Shipping

To initiate a return for a standard item:

  1. Send an email to rajshrifashions@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 98401 01901 with your Order Number and photo proof of the product.
  2. Once approved, you must ship the package back to our flagship Sowcarpet studio address:
    Shree Center, 130, Mint Street, Sowcarpet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600001
  3. Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We inspect every outfit thoroughly before dispatch. However, in the rare event of transit damage:

  • You must notify us within **24 hours** of receiving the package.
  • Please provide a clear **unboxing video** showing the damage/defect. This is mandatory for our transit insurance verification.
  • Upon verification, we will arrange a reverse pickup and issue a replacement, custom repair, or full refund.

4. Refund Issuance

Once your return is received and inspected at our studio, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Razorpay/Card/NetBanking) within **7-10 business days**.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or Bank Transfer to details provided by the customer.
