1. Store & Website Services
Rajshri Fashions reserves the right to modify prices, update catalog photos, adjust product availability, or refuse service to any user at our discretion. All product descriptions are written in good faith, based on handcrafted textile characteristics. Variations in color, weaves, and embroidery placements are natural in artisanal garments.
2. Order Placement & Custom Fittings
Orders placed for tailored garments, including Bridal Lehengas and Stitched Suits, rely on measurements provided by the customer during checkout or the WhatsApp follow-up. Rajshri Fashions is not liable for incorrect fittings resulting from inaccurate customer measurements.
3. Payments & Secure Gateways
All online prepaid payments are routed securely via Razorpay. Orders are only verified and processed once the transaction signature is validated by our servers. In cases of payment failure where money is debited, refunds are initiated automatically by Razorpay within their standard banking timeline.
4. Intellectual Property
All website designs, text layouts, product names, customized video reels, logo marks, and high-quality studio photography are the property of Rajshri Fashions. Unauthorized reproduction or use of these brand assets is strictly prohibited.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of the use of this website or the purchase of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
